Abrao Hospitality is inspired by the vision of Francis Abrao, a distinguished graduate Chef trained at the prestigious ITC Hotels Management program in New Delhi. Francis began his illustrious career in the renowned kitchens of ITC Hotels, honing his skills at signature restaurants such as Bukhara and Dum Pukht at Maurya Sheraton New Delhi, and Dakshin at Park Sheraton Chennai.
After five successful years with ITC Hotels, Francis transitioned from culinary arts to a new challenge in sales within the hotel supplies industry in the UAE. This transition allowed him to reconnect with the hotel sector and collaborate closely with chefs and operations teams. His leadership over the next 15 years in two prominent hospitality supply companies paved the way for his entrepreneurial leap.
In 2007, driven by a desire to forge his own path, Francis founded Abrao L.L.C. in Dubai, creating a comprehensive solution for hospitality needs and crafting it into a premier hub for innovative hospitality solutions. Further expanding his vision, he founded Abrao Hospitality in London in 2020, extending his commitment to exceptional service across the European market. With the expansion into Saudi Arabia in 2023, Abrao LLC is dedicated to enhancing the region’s hospitality landscape by providing exceptional service and innovative solutions that define the brand.
